with Meggie Hayne Kum Nye, Tibetan Yoga, was traditionally practiced as a self-healing technique to deepen meditation. Based on ancient Tibetan medical texts and the Vinaya texts of Buddhism, Kum Nye was a teaching given to the West by Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku. Kum Nye is appropriate for these times in the world. It is a
way to reduce stress in an enduring way. By releasing tension, we have more to
share with those around us. Kum Nye provides the practitioner with an internal
source of vital energy. The movements,
postures, breathing exercises, and self massage techniques introduced in this
workshop will introduce the participants to new ways of experiencing life in
