Jul 6-18: Kum Nye Teacher Training II

The Kum Nye Matrix
July 6-18, 2010
at Ratna Ling Retreat Center, Cazadero, CA

This is the second part of the teacher’s training retreat that we began in 2009. This teacher’s training consists of topics from Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche for current and aspiring Kum Nye teachers. There are also pointers for those who practice for the love of Kum Nye.

Kum Nye Matrix

The Kum Nye body of knowledge continues to deepen and expand. Kum Nye is part of an alive tradition with Tarthang Tulku’s offerings at the heart. In this training, we will work with new topics including ‘how to develop sensitivity of energy flows’ and ‘controlling the subtle energy of body and mind’. We will present a Kum Nye matrix with the body and its energetic flows at the center.

The map of the Kum Nye matrix will open the six gates of awareness and expand into time and space. As we learn from the interaction of body and mind, we will purify our inner architecture and open up multi-dimensions of being.

This is a high level, demanding program.

Please practice Kum Nye regularly before you come. We will not start with the basics. Please have thorough experiences in Exercise #4 Following Sensation and Exercise #5 Expanding Feeling.

Although participation in the training is not enough for you to call yourself a teacher, after this retreat you will have fulfilled some of the requirements for our specific program for becoming a teacher.
